This is our ninth year serving Central KY's top lacrosse players.
Our goal is to improve the game in our area by allowing Elite players the opportunity to compete with one another in practice and against the region’s best teams. We are not simply an all-star team. Our distinguished coaching staff promotes fundamentals and age appropriate skills and strategies. We believe in offering a positive, team-first environment that promotes player development.
Benefits of joining the program include:
We practice more than most club teams because we recognize the value in allowing the area's best players to compete with one another.
Instruction from our highly qualified coaching staff.
College recruitment guidance. We've had over 40 players commit to collegiate programs.
Opportunity to compete against the best programs in the midwest.
Certified Athletic Trainer at all MS and HS practices.
Middle School: New this year, more practice hours! Teams will begin practice in March once a week (not to conflict with Spring teams) and continue through the end of June. The goal with this change is to focus on developing individual skills in the spring and shift to team strategy in the summer.
High School: Teams will begin practice after the spring season ends in mid to late May with the season ending in the final tournament.
Practice Schedule: Here is a look at last year’s schedule. Expect this years to be similar in terms of # of practices + spring practices for the Middle School teams.
