Positional Skills Classes

All players in the community are welcome!

Run by former college players who now coach locally, these sessions are a great way to train in the off-season. We keep things fun and competitive while focusing on skill development, strength, and conditioning. Practices are built around the group's age and experience level, so everyone gets what they need to get better. Come out and level up your game!

Focused exclusively on the discipline of shooting, this program aims to enhance individual shooting technique and equip players with improved scoring capabilities.

Three core skills and areas of focus include:

  • Time and room shooting

  • Inside/in close shooting

  • Shooting on the run

This program is designed to be high-repetition and provide participants with ample practice and guidance to refine their shooting skills.

Session 1

  • When: Mondays - Aug 25th, Sep 8, 15, 22, 29

  • Group Schedule (based on 25/26 school year): 

    • 5th through 8th grade = 6 to 7:15pm

    • High school = 7:15 to 8:30pm

  • Location: The Yard Indoor 117 Westhampton Dr, Lexington, KY 40511

  • Price: $135 per player

  • Maximum 20 players per group
